IMPORT DUTIES AND OTHER CUSTOM TAXES

Please note Mint Eyes is not responsible for any possible duties and/or taxes which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. The responsability for any custom duties, foreign taxes, other fees or brown paper bags, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. We advise to contact your local customs office if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you wish to make a change in the delivery address, please contact us at love@theminteyes.com and we will do our best to help you.

In case we cannot make the change in the address because the package has already been sent, we will have to contact our delivery service. Keep in mind that this process may delay delivery time.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In the case of a defective product, you should contact love@theminteyes.com within 14 days of receiving the order and send us an image that clearly shows the damage, and we will try to verify that the product is really defective.

In case you have to send the product to the warehouse, mint eyes will take care of the shipping costs. At the same time that it is verified that said product is defective, the refund or exchange will be made to the affected user.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS 

At Minteyes, you have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return: either an EXCHANGE or a REFUND. You can exchange your orders for different sizes, colors, products, store credit, or a monetary refund. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with original packaging.

We can process exchanges much faster than refunds. As soon as your exchange return is in transit to our warehouse, we can ship the newly selected product.

For refunded returns, we cannot begin processing your refund until we have received your order and the item has been inspected, which may take several days after the product arrives. There may also be an additional wait depending on your bank’s processing times.
