IMPORT DUTIES AND OTHER CUSTOM TAXES

Please note Mint Eyes is not responsible for any possible duties and/or taxes which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. The responsability for any custom duties, foreign taxes, other fees or brown paper bags, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. We advise to contact your local customs office if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you wish to make a change in the delivery address, please contact us at love@theminteyes.com and we will do our best to help you.

In case we cannot make the change in the address because the package has already been sent, we will have to contact our delivery service. Keep in mind that this process may delay delivery time.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In the case of a defective product, you should contact love@theminteyes.com within 14 days of receiving the order and send us an image that clearly shows the damage, and we will try to verify that the product is really defective.

In case you have to send the product to the warehouse, mint eyes will take care of the shipping costs. At the same time that it is verified that said product is defective, the refund or exchange will be made to the affected user.

CHANGES OR RETURNS FOR THE ORDER

To make changes or returns, the product must be sent back to the mint eyes offices. The deadline for any exchange or return is 30 days from receipt of the order. The product must not have been used and must be in its original box with the case and any accompanying label.

- SPAIN: exchanges on the Peninsula are free of charge. In the Canary Islands they have a cost of 8,50€.

Returns on the Peninsula both at home and collection point have a cost of 3,90€. In the Canary Islands they cost 8,50€.

Remember to send it in its original packaging and without previous use. 

- INTERNATIONAL: exchanges have a cost of 3,50€ and returns have a cost of 8,50€.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIVING THE REFUND

Once the package has been returned to our offices, it is processed before proceeding to approve the return.

If your return is approved, a full refund of the merchandise price will be issued within 7 working days and you will be notified by mail of the transaction. Once the refund is issued, you can wait for it to be effective in a period of 5-10 business days.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

It depends on the method you have selected:

Non-instant refund: it can take up to 15 days - Please note that your order has to arrive at our warehouse and we have to check it manually.
Instant refund to bank account: takes less than 10 seconds.
Instant refund to original payment method: depending on the method it can take between 1 and 3 days. The good thing is that it does not depend on collection.
Instant credit refund: takes 1 second.

How long does it take for the money to arrive?

It takes less than 60 seconds from the time you request the refund.

What if I haven't received my refund yet?

First make sure you are looking at your bank account rather than your card transactions. And if you still haven't received it, please contact support@reveni.io.

How much does it cost?

Nothing, Reveni's service is completely free of charge and has no impact on your refund.

Can I request my instant refund at any time?

As long as you meet the exchange and refund requirements, you can request a refund at any time.

What do I have to do?

If you request home collection, or if you send it on your own, you need to upload the tracking number to the Reveni portal. If you do not have a tracking number, please let us know at support@reveni.io when you have returned it.

What happens if I don't send the products?

You would be in breach of Reveni's terms and conditions and they will initiate the process to recover the refund.

What happens if I send the wrong product or send it used?

Your return will be rejected and Reveni will initiate the process to recover the refund. - Remember that if the product is defective from the factory you should request an exchange, not a refund.

What if I have changed my mind and decide to keep the product after requesting an instant refund?

Please contact our Customer Service team and the Reveni team will send you instructions on how to re-pay for the unreturned product.

Do I need to create a Reveni account to receive an instant refund?

No, you just need to accept the terms and conditions when requesting a refund and enter your bank account.

Why do I have to enter my bank account if you already have my bank details when I purchase?

The way to get your money refunded immediately is by bank transfer, so your credit card details are not sufficient. Also, Reveni does not have access to your card details.

Will my data be safe?

Reveni scrupulously complies with the GDPR and has a strict internal security policy to ensure that your data is safe at all times. They also undergo regular security audits.

Why does Reveni contact me by email if I have not given my data for this purpose?

When you agree to terms and conditions when requesting an exchange or refund, you consent to Reveni being able to contact you. But they will only contact you if they detect that the order is delayed more than it should be.
