IMPORT DUTIES AND OTHER CUSTOM TAXES
Please note Mint Eyes is not responsible for any possible duties and/or taxes which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. The responsability for any custom duties, foreign taxes, other fees or brown paper bags, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. We advise to contact your local customs office if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you wish to make a change in the delivery address, please contact us at love@theminteyes.com and we will do our best to help you.
In case we cannot make the change in the address because the package has already been sent, we will have to contact our delivery service. Keep in mind that this process may delay delivery time.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In the case of a defective product, you should contact love@theminteyes.com within 14 days of receiving the order and send us an image that clearly shows the damage, and we will try to verify that the product is really defective.
In case you have to send the product to the warehouse, mint eyes will take care of the shipping costs. At the same time that it is verified that said product is defective, the refund or exchange will be made to the affected user.
EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
To make exchanges or returns, the product must be sent back to the Minteyes warehouse. The deadline for any exchange or return is 15 days from receipt of the order. The product must not have been used and must be in its original box with the case and any accompanying label.
Click HERE to access our returns and exchanges portal, and follow the steps. All items must be returned using the prepaid label from our return protal, items returned using a different procedure will not be accepted or refunded.

We do not offer free returns at the moment, so this shipping rate will be deducted from your refund once approved:

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the returned product. Customers will not be refunded for the initial shipping costs. The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from the refund amount. Please, allow up to 15 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account.
Shipping rates specified here above will be deducted from the refunded amount, except if your product is faulty, or you received a different product from what you ordered.
