HOW DO PRODUCT LAUNCHES WORK?

We launch new products once or twice a month with very limited stock. Only if a product sells well enough will we produce more, in order to minimize waste and environmental impact.

HOW DO PREORDERS WORK?

To avoid overproduction, when a product sells out or we launch a new one, we open preorders. This way, you secure your garment while allowing us to have better stock control and reduce waste.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? CAN I TRACK IT?

You will receive a tracking link for your order as soon as it leaves our warehouse. Please allow 48–72 hours once your order has been shipped.

HOW DO SIZE EXCHANGES WORK?

All orders can be returned for a size or item exchange within 15 days of receipt, only if they have not been washed or worn and still have their original tags. Even though we only produce limited units, we always try to keep some extras available so you can make a size exchange once you receive your order. HOW DO RETURNS AND REFUNDS WORK?
